The refrigerator is amazing. The self filling water pitcher has come in handy for filling up water bottles quickly and for quickly setting down at the dinner table. The flex zone has been a life saver for when we need to quickly make room for parties whether it be more frozen goods or something that needs a good chilling but not be frozen. This thing also makes ice really fast and in two different sizes which is super convenient for large parties. Overall we love this refrigerator. With the beverage door we can quickly grab what we need and be on the way! Definitely has made out lives a lot easier!

Im obsessed with our new stainless 4 door Samsung fridge. There's 3 fans in it. One on the top section for normal cooling and two on each side of the freezer at the lower level. Inside the door os a water jug that automatically refills itself! No more having to fill a container and put it in the fridge. The shelves are adjustable and hold everything that we need. We get many compliments on it. Ice cubes come in the typical size, then tiny little cubes. Our 5yr old loves he can get ice cubes with the removable scoop. If the doors are left open too long it has a little chime to remind you. There's even a built in deodorizer so your fridge is always smelling fresh. And its a smart fridge! You can connect it to your phone. You can choose whats you want your crisper bins temperature to be, if the filters are still good, and more. The only thing that I can live with but drives me nuts is fingerprints. I see little kid prints by the door opening. I highly recommend this fridge to everyone! We recieved this at a discounted rate for our honest review.

This has a lot of customizations that just make sense. We converted the bottom right freezer to a fridge for our daughter and she can get any snack/food she wants from her section of the fridge. The dual ice maker is a nice feature as well. I'll use the larger ice for the cooler and the smaller ice for our drinks. Since we got this fridge we noticed that meat and veggies last longer because of the smart cooling feature. Also, the door alarm lets everyone know that someone forgot to close a door all the way. It's great! Overall, this is a great investment for the entire family.

I purchased this refrigerator a few months ago and I am very impressed. It is very quiet and very spacious. My wife loves the two types of ice it makes and the filtered cold water that is filled into the pitcher automatically. I like the idea of being able to switch 1 part of it between refrigerator and freezer. The freezer section holds a decent amount of products and the shelves are large enough to hold plenty of items.

We love our new Samsung flex door refrigerator. We use the flex space for meat and cheese as it is too cold for produce. There is a ton of storage space in the frig. It keeps groceries fresh for a lot longer than our old frig. I love the two ice cube sizes but I don't like the way the ice spills out the back of the containers whenever you try to get ice cubes out. It is also extremely quiet.

This refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. We setup the flex section for fruits and vegetables. We are amazed how much longer they stay fresh. I love the 2 sizes of ice cubes - sometimes I need larger cubes and sometimes I need smaller cubes. The smaller cubes are great for water bottles. I thought I would not care much for the water pitcher - but we LOVE the auto fill water pitcher.My husband and I have been drinking more water and eating more fruits and veggies due to these features. NOTE: My city water taste horrible (even when filtered) - we had to hook up the fridge to a bottled water pump.

I bought this refrigerator about 3 months ago and I absolutely love it! We were in the market for a new fridge for our new house and after so much searching we found the one! I love the dual ice maker and ice trays along with the more modern water pitcher. Love the sleek look the fridge has. Also, you can connect your fridge to your phone and it will even tell you if the door is left unopened. Fridge is pretty big and lots of great space. I also love the fact that you can use the right bottom section as a fridge or freezer and can make better use of what you actually need. We don't keep a lot in the freezer so this is a plus for us! Totally recommend this fridge!

Our toddler lovingly named the fridge Elsa on day 1. The family is in love with this fridge! Favorite part: the bottom right compartment can be used as either a freezer or fridge; we are currently using it for kiddo snacks/prepared lunches, which is fantastic because they can just go in there on their own and feel accomplished that they can reach all their own snacks and drinks. What a life (and space) saver! Second favorite feature: Auto. Fill. Pitcher! Before, this was a pain point for me, everyone loves water in this house, no one (except mom) remembers to refill the pitcher, can I get an amen? This saves me a ton of prep time, I can refill everyone's bottle and seconds later, my girl Elsa has a nice, cold, full pitcher waiting for me. The dual ice is cute, too. The shelves are incredibly spacious, well placed, and look really pretty. Food prep has been an absolute dream since Elsa arrived. I also love the sleek look and that there are no handles jutting out. Design is a 10 for me. My kitchen just looks prettier overall. It doesn't look big, but opens up and there's a ton of storage. We're a heavy cooking family so this fridge is wonderful and fits our life perfectly. I highly recommend.

This fridge is so great. It's a counter depth and holds so much. The doors have a lot of storage in them. The water pitcher is great (just don't pinch the water line). I really love the two doors for the freezer section. You can really organize so easily. Highly recommended.

I've had this refrigerator for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It's spacious, it tells me either on my phone or on my television that the refrigerator door is left open, and it has the ice machine and water pitcher inside. At first I didn't like it outside, but since it pours into a pitcher, the water is always cold. The one thing I would say about it is that if there's a drop of water outside of the pitcher it won't dispense the water because it's very sensitive. Which I get, but at the times when I'm trying to get my kids out of the door for school, it's annoying. But love it!!!!

We bought this Sept'21 and there was a small dent in one door, not noticeable until we took off the protective plastic. Samsung service was quick to resolve and it looks great. I love having 4 doors. Makes it easy to find things in the freezer and French at the top is great for larger items. It's also nice to have a slide-away section of the shelf for tall items. Only drawback is that the solid side of the shelf is on the left which is not the main door. The solid side is sturdier for drinks and my family is always going in for them. As many people open the right hand door first, ergonomically, the solid side should be on the right. Would be better if they were 2 pieces that could swap and also be adjustable. The convenience of the ice maker and filtered water pitcher are great self-service for the kids. Having ability to use Flex section is a game-changer for parties, when fridge space is a premium.

We recently upgraded our refrigerator to the new Samsung with the four doors. Having a drawer type freezer for many years this was a big change for us. We have to say that we really like this style, it's a very clean look with everything hidden. Even the icemaker is behind the door and you get two different size ice cubes which is more convenient then you might expect. The integrated water pitcher keeps fresh filtered water right in the integrated water pitcher keeps fresh filtered water right in the door ready to go. We have better access to the freezer then with the drawer, you can swing both doors open and see everything and plus it's easier to put things on the shelves then dig through a drawer. As you expect from SAMSUNG, it's a really high tech look, even inside, with lots of lighting and sturdy adjustable shelves. The delivery was on time and the delivery company kept us up-to-date every step of the way as to the order status and the delivery.

Just received my new Samsung Fridge . Getting used to it now. Love the 2 different ice sizes but getting the ice out is a pain right now. Love the flex side to be come a freezer or regular Fridge is cool. The LED Lighting is is great. I just up load the Samsung App to control the Fridge work great to control everything about the system . The door open alarm feature work awesome for sound and text message Let's get the fingerprint resistance surface not that great easy to leave prints but easy clean off. The capacity is great and lot of room and extra for us. Love the sleek look with no handles. Still do not like position of the ice machine . like the ice cube sizes but getting to the ice is not great.

I'm in love with my new Samsung Flex fridge. It has clean lines and the inside ice and refillable pitcher keeps the dripping mess off of the front. It fills within seconds so I always have cold water available. The option to convert one of the freezer sections into a fridge will come in handy for future parties when I run out of space for food storage.. I have the counter depth model which I thought would take away room but this model is taller than my older one and goes all the way down to the floor so I feel I have added more space for my food now than before. The look is very classy and clean and makes a huge impact when you walk into my kitchen. The button settings are easy to navigate through and I like how the filter is inside the fridge and accessible. The shelves have plenty of space and the door bins can hold taller condiments along with two gallons of milk at once. Samsung has created a great design while remaining functional.

The overall storage capacity was beyond what we had expected! The shelving adjustments and trap door make for storing anything neat and easy. My favorite feature is the water pitcher with cold fresh filtered water and two sized ice cubes to boot!! Having two separate freezer doors has also been a plus. Not only do you not have to open the whole freezer to get in it, you can control the temp on each side! The door shelves on both refrigerator and freezer are perfect dive and accommodate anything I've need to store from syrup bottles to tater tots! The stainless steel appearance also helps to brighten the kitchen up. The lack of door handles makes the area feel bigger around it as well. Definitely an upgrade from our old fridge and I probably will never go back to a side by side style fridge. The layout of the fridge also makes it easier to find your items without bending and digging to the back. I like not having to use lights at night because the fridge and freezer are both illuminated greatly. It's a soft bright light o it's easy on the eyes as well. The amount of noise reduction between this one and my old one when running or using the waters lines is amazing as well I like quiet! Overall great refrigerator.

Our new home needed a new fridge and we spent quite awhile considering options. We settled on the 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher & Dual Ice Maker RF23A9071SR/AA – Stainless Steel for a couple reasons. 1) I loved the idea of a flex zone in the bottom so if I needed more fridge space for a bbq or just a hefty farmer's market visit I now have the room. 2) The water pitcher is a REAL time and floor save! Our dog's are much happier with how much faster their bowl is filled from a water pitcher. They can drink while we fill instead of watching us struggle to fill it from a water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Another benefit is guests or family do not accidentally miss their cup while filling it from the water dispenser and get water all over our new wood floors. We are massive fans of the water pitcher idea!!! This is a real advancement for fridges! 3) No handles - We like to maximize walking and pass by space especially in tighter pas through areas. The lack of handles makes it so two people can walk by each other without having to shimmy by each other in the kitchen. My arms appreciate not having handles to bump into a bruise myself on too. 4) Freezer design - This freezer is very well laid out and functional! With the lay out of this freezer it is MUCH easier to access items in your freezer. The shelves on the doors and inside just make sense! Pull out fridge drawers I do not like because you are always digging to find things, don't know what is on the bottom and have to rearrange everything to close it again. That is NOT an issue with this freezer! I even created a shelf for family members in hopes they can easily find their items. When you open this freezer if is so simple to see what you have and access it! 5) Water filter - The water filter is in a simple and easy to access location no acrobatics needed! 6) Control Panel - The temperature control panel is VERY simple and easy to use. It is easy to access and something I would feel comfortable that even out least tech savvy family members could handle. I was a bit hesitant about not having 3 drawers in the fridge like I am used to for fruit, veg and deli items. Honestly, fruit and veg do fine on the shelf and last well. I purchased little plastic bins to hold deli items which makes it easier for people to see. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely purchase again and recommend to family/friends.

I had a previous 4 door french Samsung refrigerator, it had an ice maker issue where it would over freeze the ice maker and block the ice......with the new models that issue is solved. Not only is it solved but it is replaced with an amazing ice maker. It makes not one but 2 types of ices. The traditional large block and then smaller ice cubes. The refrigerator makes tons of it too!.....gone is the old way of filing water. With the new Samsung model you get a built in pitcher with infuser. The RF23A9071SR/AA has 4 french doors and the bottom right door and the inside right refrigerator drawer are flex zones and can be tunes to any temperature that you want. Need extra freezer space? Turn the temperature down in the flex zone. Need more refrigerator space? Turn the temperature up in the flex zone. Also, you can use smart things with this refrigerator as well! Control it remotely to your needs. Stop the ice maker, make the refrigerator colder, or change the flex zones all from your phone.

Great fridge! Counter depth for the win

First and foremost, I was worried about counter depth fridge and losing some several cubic square feet. I'm glad to report that my worries were unnecessary. Samsung did a great with this fridge. With all the moveable shelves it's really simple to move things around to your liking. I can fit more in this fridge than my normal non counter depth fridge. Best part my fridge sits more flush with my cabinetry. This fridge looks pretty dope as well. No handle design makes the fridge look modern and people will compliment your new fridge. Finger print resistant? Not really. You'll still see smudges here and here. But nothing that stainless steel cleaner won't wipe away in 1 minute. The French door design is pretty awesome. Especially for the freezer. Very uncommon and what sets this apart from most fridges. The French doors for the freezer are actually two small different freezers with different temp gadges. So one side of the freezer can't act as a fridge (the side without the ice maker). I don't find that necessary. But a cool feature for someone who doesn't utilize a lot of space in the freezer. Speaking of freezer there's a duel ice machine. Both ices are pretty much the same just one is smaller than the other. But what is important is it makes ice frequently. Had a couple buddies over making drinks and we never ran out of ice which is a big plus for me. Filtered water pitcher is cool. Don't utilize it very often (I'm a water bottle guy) but I really need to start. They also designed a place where you can place fruit in the pitcher so one can fuse water with cucumber or any type of fruits. Fridge looks great. But most importantly it's a refrigerator that check me every box.

The first thing I noticed about the Samsung refrigerator was its looks. I love the simple, orthogonal design. It's stunning while being understated. The interior glass and lighting is beautiful. I even love the tint of the plexiglass bins. The patterns in the glass are so cool. Refrigerator interior lighting is important. Our old fridge had lighting at the back, aimed toward the front, in your face. This setup blinds you and makes it really hard to see what's in the unit. This new one though has the lights at the front, aimed at the food. It's lovely; no glare. The organization and flexibility is awesome. I even love that it's counter depth, because then there aren't layers of food stuck in the back that you forget about and get moldy. We chose counter depth because it's located by three doorways. Our old fridge had a convex front plane and handles that stuck out, leaving 18" to pass through. The fact that the front facade of this one is flat makes so much sense and the lack of protruding handles is so nice - no more bruises from bumping into them. Some things we're still trying to figure out is ice and water production. We replaced our water line and the pitcher is still a little finicky - seems like the moisture sensor in the pitcher is over-sensitive. There are workarounds though. The ice is ok, but I haven't yet seen it completely filled. You also have to sort of push the left top door closed - there's resistance from the flap that turns, keeping a tight seal. I'm glad that flap is there but yeah the result is you can't really swing it closed and expect it to close. Not a huge deal. The doors are light weight which is ergonomic. It's very quiet, though you can hear the water intake kick on. And the alarm tones are nice to hear - not cacophonous. All in all, it's a great unit. We're so thrilled with it.

i was picked to try out this new samsung refrigerator and we were very excited. when it arrived it was even nicer than we expected. there is plenty of space inside and the flexibility of the bottom right section to be either a freezer or fridge makes it even better. my wife loves the ability to now get cold fresh filtered water at anytime from the beverage center. the ice cube bins are a bit small but having 2 that can make two different sizes is real nice. i added the refrigerator to my smart things app and can now set the temp from my phone. the alarm for the door being open too ng is great as my kids tend to not close doors all the way, now they have a reminder. all in all this is a great product from a company that i have always trusted to make great things.

clean look

i'm in love with my new samsung flex fridge. it has clean lines and the inside ice and refillable pitcher keeps the dripping mess off of the front. i have the counter depth model which i thought would take away room but this model is taller than my older one and goes all the way down to the floor so i feel i have added more space for my food now than before. the look is very classy and clean and makes a huge impact when you walk into my kitchen. i did notice a dent on the front after a week which mysteriously appeared so i'm hoping this isn't something i will have to deal with in the future. you can see it on the left door in my photos but it's very minor. overall so far this is a great fridge, especially with the option to convert a freezer section into a fridge for parties.

initial impressions as we just got this beauty yesterday: 1) spacious, but also smartly compact 2) auto-fill water pitcher, how did we love our lives without it before? this family drinks a lot of water and not having to fill the countertop water purifier a million times a day is the nicest weight off my shoulders. 3) crisper drawers are ample and i'm very excited about the customizable temperature control 4) being able to designate the bottom right compartment into extra fridge space is by far the most impressive feature, we have little little ones and stocking this section makes them feel like they have their own personal fridge without taking space away from regular storage. it makes storing so much easier for our family that cooks regularly, can't wait to meal prep!

Love the Freezer!

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and so far we love it! It has a very clean look. We especially love the doors for the freezer rather than pulling out one big heavy drawer. There is ample room in the 2 compartments for the freezer and I love the drawers within the freezer. The only thing I'm missing a bit is a pastry drawer in the refrigerator. Other than that, we love the refrigerator!
