Love so many features about my built in microwave oven unit. Fingerless exterior, temperature probe in oven, soft indicator when done (not a jarring loud tone!), and WiFi! So nice to see on my phone when the oven temperature is reached & how many more min left to bake. Love it!

I am so frustrated with this entire experience. My screen on the upper part of an almost 6k unit has broken pixels in lines. I called NFM the day we plugged the unit in with this problem, they told me now that it was delivered I have to call Bosch directly. That was back in August. It is now March and I am still dealing with this issue. Bosch sent a repair company out, they tried replacing the screen twice and both times the pixels remained. The tech from repair #1 said it was broken and something possibly with internal wiring and said they would recommend a replacement. Bosch made me send in tons of paperwork, tens of hours of being on the phone (their hold time just to talk to someone is at least 45 minutes every time you call) finally, I thought I was going to be helped when they said they had to send out a second company to do a final evaluation. This guy just showed up at my house and flippantly and rudely said he didn't see anything wrong with the display and he "has good eyesight". I was so furious I told him to leave my house. You can very clearly see that when you approach the unit from the side the pixels are discolored and broken (it is hard to get it on photo as it looks much worse than a photo shows because of lighting) on the top compared to the bottom. I am so frustrated with this entire experience. We purchased this unit thinking that Bosch had a good reputation and good products. I am so upset that this has been such a cluster to deal with. Bosch has made this extraordinary difficult because they doh't want to do what's right and just replace the unit. I will never buy a Bosch product again.

This combo oven unit is hands down my most used appliance. As a mom of 3 young kiddos, I am always cooking and I use the oven and multi-functional microwave/convection oven/broiler constantly throughout the day! Seriously, it's our favorite and I've been recommending to all of our friends and family. The sliding shelf inside the oven is wonderful!

Absolutely love the functionality and looks of this model and color. However, the mixed review comes from the fact the turnatable in the micowave does not work. Though, the microwave itself does seem to work appropriately. Food is not uniformily heated without a functional turntable.
We have multiple visits from the supplier, insluding the replacement of the turntable motor without correction of the issue. With the holidays upon us now, it seems no one seems interested in further attempts to fix the problem until next year.

I just remodeled my kitchen and got all Bosch appliances in black stainless steel. This Combination Oven is a huge upgrade from my previous Oven and Convection/Microwave ovens (separate units). There are so many cooking options, I have not had a chance to use yet but everything I have cooked in both has come out just right. The size is perfect and since I don't have the space for a Double oven and separate microwave, this is the perfect appliance for me!

Our new 800 Series Combination Oven was well the wait. We ordered the the black stainless steel and it looks great in the kitchen. It's easy to keep clean and the convection microwave and oven work wonderfully. I do wish it was as black as the photo. Definitely would perchase again.

This is the absolute worst oven I have ever bought. I have had it less than a year and this will be the third repair. I will not have an oven for who knows how long once again. This is either worst brand ever or I was blessed with a lemon. Either way, if I could afford it, this one would be headed for the dump.

I am really enjoying the features of my new Bosch 800 series oven. The microwave with speed oven feature has been awesome. I got the microwave off the counter. The speed oven is unique but works well on certain things such as a meatloaf. I am also a fan of the black stainless.

our sales rep suggested the Bosch black fnish double oven for our kitchen remodel. it is hard for appliances to be beautiful or even sexy but this Bosch oven pulls that off. The functionality is great, and the look has really elevated our kitchen. Highly recommend for all kitchens but especially any modern look.

We've had this appliance since we updated our kitchen in 2015. The oven works ok but the microwave has required far too many repairs for a brand like Bosch. Door switches, springs, control panel problems all happening over and over again make this a poor choice. Additionally, keep in mind that most other combinations like this are only 43 inches tall and this one is 49. It is hard to find a replacement for this device once you have cut the hole in the cabinetry. I would replace it if I could find another one that is as tall but anything close in size is not good either.

Just had this oven installed yesterday. Baked this morning, regular bake mode, 400 degrees. Cooling fan ran from the time I turned the oven on, ran entire time oven was on and at least 15 minutes after shutoff. Sounded like a small airplane getting ready to take off. I could not hear when the timer went off. I really expected better from a bosch appliance.

Why are the handles different color? The bottom oven is definitely black stainless. It might be hard to tell in the picture, but it's very noticeable in person. The Bosch representative just said that's the color and even ordering a new handle from the factory would just be the same. Seems crazy to not have/be able to have the same color handles to me...

When we remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we bought all new Bosch appliances. No issues with the dishwasher or cooktop, but this combo wall oven has been nothing but problems since the beginning. The oven temperature is off terribly. I bought a thermostat for the inside of the oven and that's what I have to follow not what I am, setting it at. But the microwave has been the worst part. The screen is so dim you can't hardly see the numbers. But anytime I use the convection in the microwave, the plate that spins on the bottom will no longer work when just using it in the microwave. I got to the point where I didn't use it for anything except the microwave function for fear it would stop spinning. Which it did over and over. What replacement parts and nothing fixed it. I even spent $150 on replacing the black metal tray but that wasn't it. So it just sits in a box now. At this point now, it doesn't spin at all. I barely use it because everything burns. Calling to have it serviced was a waste of money as they said it would be too expensive, we should just replace it. I'm now in the market for breaking up my Bosch appliances and going with something else altogether for this unit. Very disappointed.

Purchased the Bosch 800 Series Combination Oven and the look is great. However the display on the microwave is flawed. When viewing the display from the side it shows red bars through the display and is even more noticeable at night. This unit was not a cheap and I expected much better than this. I did have the repair man come and check into this issue, because my concern is that this is the beginning of a problem with the display and it will continue to get worse. However, now I've been told that is normal and nothing can be done. I expected more from Bosch on this.

Overall, good product but timer buzzer is extremely quiet, even on high. If you're in the kitchen, you still cannot hear the timer when the oven is done. We bought a kitchen timer off Amazon.
