Bought this for extra refrigerator to fit in small area in our downstairs bar area. A perfect fit and great appearance. We like that it has an ice maker and the handles are integrated.

I have a small space and needed a lot of freezer space too. That is a hard combination with mostly boring options. This fits the space, fits more then my old fridge and freezer, and looks great!

I bought this about 3 months ago, and I had problems with the fridge and the freezer, I had to call the warranty service and they came right away, service was excellent and very quick

This is a great refrigerator. The door shelves and drawers work out very well. The shelves adjust so that they will store what I have. I am very happy with it.

Firdge seems to run for a long time. Everytime I open the fridge door, metal hinges are rubbing together making a grinding sound, so not sure if door is completely level

The ice maker barely works. The wrapping it came in, is still stuck on parts of the refrigerator and I cannot get it off. I mean it refrigerates, which I guess is the point.

No light in the freezer

This 18 c.f. is smaller than a Frigidaire 18cf. I thought that the c.f. was an international standard. So disappointed in this product.
In addition to the much smaller freezer space and internal capacity to my last fridge (18cf Frigidaire), there is no light in the freezer compartment. . What is with that? Am i supposed to use a flashlight if I want to get some ice at nights ? Is this a day fridge?
This is a complete waste of my money.

Overall, I like this refrigerator. It serves all of my needs, keeps foods at optimal temperatures, and is very quiet. The problem is irregularities in the stainless steel finish. Home Depot sent out a technician to look at the issues, and both the freezer and refrigerator doors will be replaced. I am hopeful this will resolve the problem.

Purchasing this refrigerator has been nothing but agony. Immediately we noticed that it was humming, gurgling, and making all kinds of noise. Many times it sounds like a steam engine train pulling into the station slowly chugging along. We like to yell out "The train is arriving!" when it does this. Other times it sounds like a jet engine winding up for take off. It is in fact so noisy, that it will wake us up at night with its torturing onslaught of clanking and vibrating.
We have called Whirlpool customer service multiple times and spent hours talking to them to get this figured out. We have had a service technician out two times and he can't find anything wrong. We were told, if nothing is wrong, they cannot fix it. Really? So if nothing is wrong, then you make your refrigerators to sound like they were built in the 1950's? Never again will we purchase a Whirlpool appliance. We cannot handle the borage of noise and frustration that comes along with it. The lack of customer support is truly disappointing too. Buyer beware!!!

The compressor started making noises one day after delivery requiring two service calls: one to determine the compressor was bad and one to replace the compressor.
The doors look like they are folded steel and the corners created by that fold are incredibly sharp. So sharp that I had to file them down to prevent scratching hands when opening the doors.

The steel looks great but peeling the film off was a pain. I still have a lot of plastic around the handles and where things connect.The temp can only be set at one of 3 settings.
