We picked this fridge because it was the right size for our home and was actually available without waiting for 2 months. It works well and we have not had any issues since our purchase. One thing to note is that the freezer/ice maker is decently noisy but it has only bothered me a few times while watching television.

We've had it for about a month and can't find a single thing we don't like. It's quiet and feels like it has so much more room than our old fridge even though they're similar dimensions. If the tops of your doors aren't level, you need to adjust the feet below. Our floor is slanted, and after raising up one side of the feet, the tops of the doors are perfect.

This is a great refrigerator for the price and is a great value. It has all the features I want including easy access to frozen items. I especially like the interior lighting. And my favorite is the water and ice dispenser.

The refrigerator does what it is supposed to do however, the lighting inside the unit is dim, the space is tighter inside the refrigerator and freezer compared to my old refrigerator even know they are the same width and this unit is taller by a couple of inches. Not enough space for the shelving to be laid out properly so basically you don't have the appropriate height you need between each self.

Great space! Shelving is easy to rearrange. Easy to clean. Love the wide door shelving. The lighting is A+! The ice and water dispenser is excellent! Would recommend to friends and family. I had a GE profile for 20 years. Loved it!

It's a beautifully designed outside appearance but unfortunately the interior light takes up too much ceiling room to set food products in top shelf. The interior lighting is poor. I'm afraid to see how expensive the tiny led lights will cost to replace.
Water filters average 45.00 each.

Easy to setup and use. Love having the ice and water in the door. It decreases the amount of times doors need to be opened. The water is filtered and tastes good! I have only had it a week, but so far working great!

Our refrigerator is less than a month old. We have already had a service replacement of the freezer motor on 10/20. Ran well for 4 DAYS, now it can't make the recommended set points. The refrigerator is at 40 degrees, the freezer 7 degrees and constantly running. Condensation on the refrigerator back wall. Now waiting on a second service appointment. I would appreciate someone from GE to contact me.I have always used GE products, We also purchased a dishwasher, microwave, and range at the same time as the refrigerator, very happy with them.Again, please contact me immediately.

We bought this to replace a bottom freezer GE which was inconvenient and lacked ice and water in the door.
We solved those problems but don't expect crushed ice. The ice crusher just spits out mostly full cubes.

Bought this fridge during COVID because ours died and there were not a lot of options (anywhere) due to inventory. Had an Amana with a bottom freezer and one door at the top. It's hard to get used to the freezer space being so narrow on this GE. The fridge compressor is loud as others have said--thus the reason for only 2 stars. Water/ice in the door was not necessary but we had no choice. I've heard from others that there are often problems with this mechanics of ice/water in the door or you visit someone and theirs just doesn't work. It's disgruntling that you pay extra for it and then it quits working. Hopefully that doesn't happen with the GE. The stainless steel is also not as good of quality as my previous Amana.

The bottom produce drawer is only a half drawer. The refrigerator does not get cold in the front and freezes everything in the back. The freezer has a vent that runs down the back reducing the already small space of the freezer. It is not fingerprint resistant as we were told. It is loud when running.

Good space inside, pretty basic. Simple design. The only thing I do not enjoy about this is that the water tray constantly spills water out whenever the freezer is open. The ice dispenser is VERY touchy and sensitive so ice frequently falls out when I don't intend it to. Recommend having a rug or mat at the base of the unit to prevent slips.
