Now our big family get togethers are so much easier to plan ahead for and the money saved by buying items we use a lot on sale really is an added bonus Even with the extremely hot some the temp is right on target to keep this freshShould have done this sooner

I like this refrigerator more than I thought I would. The temperatures have been in the normal ranges on the normal setting, so I haven't needed to make adjustments. My old refrigerator would fluctuate the temperatures wildly which would cause the food to warm up too much. The freezer food would always freezer burn and vegetables would become frozen together. That's not happening anymore with this refrigerator. There are wheels on the bottom of the crisper drawers that make them glide smoothly and easily which I really like. My only complaints are that there should be a center support on the bottom shelf. If there's too much weight, the drawers get stuck. I wish it had a deli meat and cheese drawer. My old fridge had one and we miss it. I also wish it had a freezer light.

The new configuration of smaller extranal size and still gives 20cu ft of storage space is amazing. The improved air circulation vent has prevented ever reaching in and getting a warm drink or softened icecream. Actually the inside seams to hold more than the 20 cu ft it replaced. I love the deeper door shelves. Due to the smaller external frame work I can reach the top for cleaning without a step stool. Which is important as a senior citizen.I can't say enough good about this fridge and thank the folks who created the less mass without lossing function.

I needed something to fit in a smallish space and this worked. Very roomy freezer was a bonus. Would have liked an additional bin for meat/cheese is my only criticism. Great fridge for an economical price.

Purchased this model as it would fit our limited opening. Also it had a fully variable adjustment temperature control. Our Whirlpool 9 year old used snowflakes that never satisfied our needs. Everything is good so far but we miss the deli drawer and butter compartment. The freezer fan was making a slight grinding noise. I removed panel and found that unsecured wires were touching fan blade. I saw that in another review. Nice and cold.

On the recommended thermostat setting,refrigerator stays at 34-38 degrees.Freezer runs between 0 and -10 degrees.Keeps temps where they are supposed to be

It works great. I have had it for just a couple weeks currently. I replaced an old fridge in my garage with this Frigidaire. The only thing is that it took about a day to get the fridge part to temp during the summer heat. Freezer hit temp much faster then the fridge which I was fine with.

This is a nice fridge with a lot of room but really should have more options for places for shelves. It only comes with two and the shelf spots make a placing a third shelve inside the fridge difficult. The freezer is big and holds a large amount.

I like this refrigerator beacause of its simplicity and ease of use. No complicated controls or features such as the icemaker or water dispenser that are prone to failure. I had a similar Kenmore (I believe Frigidaire was the manufacturer, it looked exactly the same),that lasted me almost 20 years. One cosmetic flaw I find is that, for some reason, the 20 cu ft unit has a bottom door hinge has a cover on one side, but not on the other (hinge) side. unlike the 18.3 cu ft unit that has a cover on both sides. Very pleased with our purchase.

I have asked the State's Consumer Affairs Office to investigate - this has been a nightmare - Regardless of the product, this experience with Customer Service has turned me off Frigidaire
